  • A refreshed house when you get the keys: between two tenants, we keep a safety margin of two weeks to refurbish your new home where necessary.
  • An independent expert when you move in and out: the condition of the home is carefully documented in your presence.

We maintain

We have two good reasons to continuously invest in quality housing: your satisfaction as a tenant and the value of our buildings. That is why we do everything we can to keep our buildings up to date:

  • Our property managers know their buildings like the back of their hand. Even if nothing is reported, they visit your building at least once a week to check up on things.
  • We regularly plan renovations or improvements. For example, we make our buildings more energy-efficient, give the common parts a new coat of paint or modernise the technology.
  • If a problem arises, you can request an intervention through our Solutions Centre. For urgent matters, we are even available 24/7.
  • Does a problem fall under your responsibility, but you don't know a good handyman? Then we can put you in contact with one of our partners.
